NOTICE OF CLOSE OF REGISTRATION TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CITY OF ROCKWOOD
WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN
To the Qualified Electors of the City of Rockwood:
Please take notice that a Presidential Primary Election will be held on Tuesday, February 27th, 2024.
Please take notice that any qualified elector of the City of Rockwood who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the City Clerk of the City of Rockwood, the office of the County Clerk, a Secretary of State Branch office, or other designated state agency. Voters who are already registered may update their registration www.expressSOS.com.
The last day to register in any manner other than in-person with the local clerk is Monday, February
12th, 2024.
After February 12th, 2024, through 8:00 PM February 27th, 2024, anyone who qualifies as an elector may register to vote in person with proof of residency (MCL 168.492) at the City of Rockwood Clerk's Office,
located at 32409 Fort Rd, Rockwood, MI 48173 at the following times:
- Regular Business Hours: Monday thru Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Saturday, February 24th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Sunday, February 25th from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
- Election Day, Tuesday, February 27th, 2024, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM
The purpose of the Presidential Primary Election is to vote upon the following offices:
